1. General and Definition
These terms are the only terms on which PSP Incineration Ltd. (Called the Company) contracts to carry out work for the Customer.
“Work ” Means any work to be carried out by the company whether Disposal of materials, Destruction by Shredding or Incineration or collection and delivery of Goods or Materials supplied by the Customer.
The customer will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Business if we PSP Incineration Ltd have been asked to Collect & Securely Dispose of their materials by E/Mail or Telephone Communication or Mail. Transfer & Collection Note is signed on the premises.
The Customer has a Period of between 1 – 3 Hours to notify that the wrong Materials have been loaded for Disposal. If this time scale is adhered to the materials could be returned. A charge will be made for their safe return, a minimum of £30.00p + VAT. In any case the company will not bear any responsibility if the materials have already been destroyed. As we the company had carried out our instructions as agreed in advance.
All PSP bags and seals remain the property of PSP at all times. If any bags are lost or misused a charge will be made of £2+vat per bag. Secure consoles damages are charged at £120+vat.
All Security & Waste related Materials collected in bags by the Company for Disposal will be Paid for on Collection unless Credit Terms have been agreed in Advance. This also covers Bulk Collection with a minimum charge of 500kg plus VAT. The Company when issuing credit Terms, reserves the right to charge Interest on Late payment of 8.5% from the due date of payment until received by the company of stated payment on the Invoice. Also a late payment collection fee of £70+vat will be charged. Our Terms of payment are 14 Days after receipt of Invoice. If longer terms are required they must be agreed at the outset of Trading with a New customer.
3. Estimates & Charges
An estimate is a considered approximation of the likely cost, for the disposal of a Customers Materials if this is carried out by weight. (Bulk Service) The accurate weight of the goods is established by use of a Trading Standards Controlled Weighbridge. The Weight of the Materials Collected as stated on Company Invoice’s is final & not negotiable as this is what PSP Incineration Ltd is charged for disposal. The Company’s Security Bag Service & Bulk Services prices are currently based on a 50 mile radius of the Office Location. Any locations outside this area will include extra Transport & Time Costing. Prices of our Services are also based on Current Disposal Costs and reserves the right to increase these charges if the company disposal costs are increased without notice.
The Company will adhere to our timing and use its best efforts to accommodate Customers requirements on Disposal by Incineration. If for any reason this is not possible the company reserves the right to use a Shredding Facility that is available to us at any time. The Company Maintains close Links with Material Disposal Facilities around the Country so as to accommodate and meet Customers Destruction requirements.
Information given by you will be received by PSP Incineration Ltd. We will treat this information given by you the customer with confidence and in accordance with ICO regulations. We will not disclose to a third party only with the exception of what is required by Law. The Information held on our computer systems will only be used for the purpose of arranging collections and day to day transactions. Security is most important to PSP Incineration Ltd as we look after 100s of Customers Security and Confidential Materials. We take the utmost care to guard a customer’s confidentiality but we must state that using E/ Mail or Web Sites can compromise your Security for which PSP Incineration Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or Loss of Information passed in this way.
All containers supplied by PSP Incineration Ltd for Storage purposes on Customers Premises under Monthly Rental agreements, will remain the sole Property of PSP Incineration Ltd at all times. If they are lost or damaged while on or in Customers premises a charge will be made for the repair or replacement.
